What is your return policy?

At Blue Bottle Coffee, our goal is to provide our guests with impeccable service, delicious coffee, and the highest quality of goods. We want you to be happy, so here is our return policy for whole bean coffee and everything else:

Whole Bean Coffee - Coffee is perishable and roasted to order, so we're unable to accept returns on coffee. However, we want you to be happy with your purchase! Please contact us at support@bluebottlecoffee.com within 30 days of purchase if there was an error with your order, or if you are dissatisfied with your coffee. We’d love to help you find something delicious!

Everything Else - If you are dissatisfied with your order in any way, please don’t hesitate to reach out to our customer support team about a return or exchange within 30 days of purchase by emailing us at support@bluebottlecoffee.com.
